Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee Salesforce packages.

• Establish and adhere to best practices for collaborative development environments, encompassing code versioning, sharing, and management tools and processes.

• Maintain clear and consistent documentation and commenting (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

• Implement agile methodologies, including scrum-based development and comprehensive project lifecycles.

• Uphold quality assurance standards, which include manual testing, peer/self-reviews, detailed test case creation, and appropriate handoff documentation for BA/QA.

• Work alongside project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to collect project requirements and specifications.

• Keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends across the platforms and technologies in use.

• Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and execute the required changes.

• Assume complete ownership of tasks, ensuring tickets are driven through to successful completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple Salesforce certifications are mandatory - Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect is strongly preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect on Salesforce.com (SFDC) implementation projects.

• Familiarity with middleware and APIs for integrating Salesforce with other systems is advantageous.

• Experience in implementing, extending, and deploying Salesforce AppExchange applications.

• Background in working within Agile processes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

• Experience in Salesforce Development.

• Proficient in Apex.

• Skilled in Lightning Development.

• Familiar with Salesforce DX.

• Proficient in JavaScript.
