This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Take charge of and manage the technical solution design. This encompasses crafting and comprehending the entire Agentforce solution, which involves topics, instructions, actions with associated automation/code, methods for agent deployment, and supporting data structures.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the limits and capabilities of Agentforce Agents, discovering innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
• Partner with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.
• Supervise and actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, to final deployment.
• Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.
• At least 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
• Understanding of CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
