Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, encompassing data models, security frameworks, integration architectures, and platform configurations that align with business strategies and scalability needs.

• Oversee the technical execution of Salesforce projects from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.

• Work in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions fulfill both functional and technical specifications.

• Assess, recommend, and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange offerings, and third-party integrations.

• Create and uphold platform governance policies, coding standards, and best practices throughout the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and industry trends to promote ongoing platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, version control, and sandbox management.

• Familiarity with identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth) as it pertains to Salesforce.

• Salesforce certifications are highly desired (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II).

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders.

• Proven critical thinking and analytical abilities, with a talent for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of practical experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development.

• More than 5 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or a similar senior technical leadership role.

• A demonstrated history of designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

• Significant experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Minimal travel is expected, approximately 10% or less; occasional domestic travel may be required.
