This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Design and implement comprehensive solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud utilizing the Advanced Therapy Module for tracking cell and gene therapy chain of custody and identity.
β’ Create scheduling workflows for patients or participants that encompass collection, manufacturing slot booking, and infusion milestones.
β’ Develop integration patterns that connect the Advanced Therapy Module with external systems (LIMS, ERP, courier and logistics services, EHR) using MuleSoft or similar middleware, ensuring real-time insights into product status and chain of custody.
β’ Facilitate technical design discussions with stakeholders from clinical operations, patient services, and IT, transforming regulated business processes into scalable Salesforce architecture.
β’ Take ownership of solution architecture encompassing data models, security and sharing protocols, automation (Flow, Apex), and integration layers, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GxP standards.
β’ Provide architectural oversight across delivery teams and guide developers and configuration analysts.
β’ Assist in presales efforts, including solution design workshops, estimations, and responses to RFPs for cell and gene therapy opportunities.
β’ Engage in broader patient services, clinical, or commercial Salesforce project tasks as capacity permits and client needs dictate.
β’ Collaborate with QA and validation teams to prepare computer system validation (CSV) documentation for regulated settings.
β’ Over 7 years of experience with Salesforce, including more than 3 years in an architect-level capacity.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, particularly the Advanced Therapy Module.
β’ Current Salesforce Certified Architect credential (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
β’ Proven experience in architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems (LIMS, ERP, EHR, logistics, or courier platforms) utilizing MuleSoft or similar tools.
β’ Familiarity with life sciences regulatory standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, GxP/CSV, and HIPAA.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security frameworks, and automation (Flow, Apex).
β’ Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders, capable of translating clinical or commercial operational needs into technical architecture.
