Salesforce Application Architect – Omnistudio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Salesforce Application Architect who is currently operating at a senior engineering level and is making significant progress towards an architectural role.

• This position is a player/coach role: you will be responsible for solution design while remaining actively involved in delivery, enhancing engineering standards, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions for our clients.

• Lead the solution design process across Salesforce, including the data model, security/sharing model, automation strategy, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Engage in hands-on building and delivering using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and configuration.

• Provide technical leadership through the establishment of standards, conducting code reviews, defining test approaches, ensuring release readiness, and overseeing delivery governance.

• Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP), which encompass mapping, transformation, resiliency, and error handling.

• Enhance and modernize existing organizations through security/access reviews, refactoring legacy implementations, and migrating workflows/processes to Flow.

• Mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into high-quality technical deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory certifications (applications lacking these will not be considered).

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.

• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant.

• Salesforce AI Associate.

• Required experience includes a Salesforce delivery background with strong hands-on engineering capabilities.

• Practical experience in contributing to architectural outcomes (security, data, integration, maintainability) within complex environments.

• Exposure to OmniStudio is required, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

• Highly desirable (to keep you current) is the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI Specialist track).

• For the architect track, relevant certifications include Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, and Platform App Builder.
