Salesforce Analyst Developer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with Agent Force solutions tailored for Service Cloud.

• Execute Agent Force implementations, design flows, develop integrations with legacy systems (utilizing both flow and code), and create validation rules based on technical and functional specifications.

• Conduct unit and integration testing to guarantee quality of delivery.

• Maintain version control of project outputs within the client's repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience with Agent Force.

• Broad understanding of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud.

• Familiarity with LWC (Lightning Web Components).

• Experience in integrations.

• Knowledge of Apex classes, Flows, and Triggers.

• Skilled in creating Validation Rules.

• Strong ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with both users and the team.

• Salesforce expertise in Service Cloud.

• Proficient in Salesforce Apex/Triggers.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
