This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.
• Ensure the consistent functionality of Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and enhancements to Salesforce.
• Oversee the availability and performance of both production and pre-production environments.
• Provide technology consulting while managing solution design, system enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Install and test patch upgrades and configuration changes for Salesforce.
• Manage the integrity of Salesforce data, including imports/exports, data security, and data quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain backup and restoration services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement security best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Support staff and administration with Salesforce-related system solutions.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot problems, and propose solutions.
• Set up Salesforce accounts and manage user permissions.
• Review vendor release notes for potential risks and opportunities.
• Maintain synchronized, refreshed, secured, encrypted, and masked lower environments.
• Participate in on-call support for Salesforce-related systems.
• Configure and customize Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Design and implement workflow automation, approval processes, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor and enforce technical process changes.
• Enhance administrative solutions to minimize maintenance and support costs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Flosum or Azure DevOps.
• Track Salesforce releases, features, and best practices while recommending improvements.
• Deploy Sprint, Lean, off-cycle, and Hotfix releases.
• Maintain the code repository and merge newly developed code.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Experience in data management, including data import/export, data cleansing, and best practices for data quality.
• Proven experience partnering in matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with SCRUM, Kanban, and project-based teams.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
• Reliable internet connection.
