Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of Salesforce users, including managing permissions and access

• Provide daily user assistance and initial troubleshooting

• Assist users with validation errors and inquiries related to Salesforce processes

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

• Conduct user training, onboarding, and refresher sessions

• Sustain Salesforce configuration and facilitate minor system modifications and enhancements

• Manage and prioritize Salesforce issues and enhancement requests

• Ensure that changes adhere to the organization’s Salesforce governance framework

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce configuration, processes, and integrations

• Assist with the administration and ongoing development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including modifications to campaigns, journeys, and automations

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to convert campaign requirements into Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and communications

• Identify opportunities for enhancing user experience, adoption, and business processes

• Serve as the primary internal Salesforce expert and liaison between business users and the implementation partner

• Develop internal capabilities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 3–5 years in the field

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration

• Experience in supporting and training Salesforce users

• Proficient in reports, dashboards, permissions, and Salesforce automation

• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills

• Comfortable collaborating with business users and external technical partners

• Highly organized and capable of working within a structured governance and change-control framework

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, is preferred

• Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus
