This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, organization-wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.
• Develop and maintain fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
• Design and sustain Flow-based business process automation.
• Transition legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to Flow.
• Conduct data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities.
• Handle data imports, exports, mass updates, and backups.
• Resolve Salesforce issues and assist users in troubleshooting problems.
• Oversee user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and license assignments.
• Coordinate system upgrades, seasonal releases, and sandbox refreshes/testing.
• Assess Salesforce releases and AppExchange applications and suggest adoption.
• Facilitate integrations with third-party sales tools.
• Aid in training new users and enhancing Salesforce skills across the organization.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements and transform business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy policies.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of AppExchange applications.
• At least 3 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Required proficiency in Salesforce Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
• Working knowledge of Validation Rules and Approval Processes.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong familiarity with Sales Cloud, including pipeline management, opportunity/lead processes, and forecasting.
• Experience with Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
• Understanding of security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein/AI functionalities.
• Knowledge of AppExchange app evaluation and implementation.
• Experience with change management and release processes, including sandboxes and deployment tools.
• Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
