• Assist in the administration, configuration, and upkeep of Salesforce applications and environments.
• Aid users by troubleshooting problems, managing tickets, and addressing Salesforce-related requests promptly.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features within Salesforce.
• Conduct user account management, profile updates, page layout modifications, permission set assignments, and data maintenance tasks.
• Use Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and GitHub for configuration management, version control, and assisting in deployment activities.
• Keep system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures up to date.
• Engage in data imports, data cleansing, and initiatives to ensure data quality using Salesforce tools.
• Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding support requests, updates, and system issues.
• Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.).
• Capability to obtain a Federal Public Trust.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in supporting Salesforce applications.
• Over 1 year of experience with Salesforce Lightning and standard Salesforce functionalities.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ticket management systems.
• A preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions.
• Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or similar.
• Basic understanding of Flows, Apex, and debugging techniques.
