Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the entire Salesforce organization, including its configuration, customization, data integrity, and overall platform performance.

• Design and implement solutions utilizing Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.

• Lead extensive, large-scale Salesforce implementations from the initial scoping phase to post-go-live optimization.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.

• Oversee user administration, permissions, workflows, process automation, and system integrations.

• Promote data quality, deduplication, and governance throughout the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Create comprehensive documentation, release notes, and updates for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with MDM and endpoint standards in accordance with IT security policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in hands-on Salesforce administration within complex, enterprise-scale environments.

• Demonstrated proficiency with at least 2–3 Salesforce products: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, or Voice.

• A track record of successful delivery on large-scale implementations—not limited to small business or solo-admin scenarios.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities without requiring daily oversight.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; additional certifications are highly valued.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor suitable for stakeholder interaction.

• Previous remote work experience is essential, along with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and ideal experience with US or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.

• Awareness of MDM/endpoint compliance, especially in environments governed by strict IT security policies.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations is a plus.

• Background in regulated industries or enterprise-level data governance is beneficial.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based release cycles is preferred.
