Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement functional programs and applications, delivering fully operational software solutions in line with specified requirements.

• Ensure cohesive alignment between Sales and Marketing to enhance the sales process, focusing on the refinement and management of a qualified lead process.

• Provide Sales and Marketing with precise reports on key performance indicators consistently, including actionable strategies to enhance the experience for current and prospective customers.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing and prioritizing multiple requests, and collaborating effectively across various levels of the organization.

• Innovative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Skilled in critically assessing information from diverse sources, resolving discrepancies, breaking down complex information into manageable details, abstracting from specific data to a broader understanding, and differentiating user requests from actual needs.

• Capable of evaluating the implications of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all associated upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute new flows and automation processes.

• Solid understanding of the platform, with the capability to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Strong data management skills.

• A proven history of successfully driving projects to completion.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements effectively.

• Excellent project management abilities coupled with a positive outlook.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must demonstrate the capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
