Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Ensure the alignment of Sales and Marketing efforts to enhance the sales process, focusing on the improvement and evolution of a qualified lead process, distribution, and management.

• Deliver precise reporting to Sales and Marketing regarding the organization's key performance indicators regularly, along with actionable insights to enhance the experience for current and prospective customers.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple requests, and effectively handle lateral and upward management.

• A creative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of critically assessing information from various sources, resolving conflicts, breaking down high-level information into detailed components, abstracting from low-level information to gain a general perspective, and differentiating user requests from underlying true needs.

• Skilled in evaluating the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing new flows and automations.

• In-depth knowledge of the platform, with capabilities to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Excellent data management skills.

• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements.

• Exceptional project management skills coupled with a positive attitude.

• Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Must demonstrate effective communication capabilities at all organizational levels.

• Required to own a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
