Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire Salesforce release lifecycle, encompassing packaging, deployments, and releases.

• Oversee code repositories, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.

• Provide guidance to business and technology teams regarding system architecture, data structures, and the implementation of new features.

• Design and sustain Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.

• Monitor seasonal Salesforce releases, evaluate configuration impacts, and prepare the platform and team for updates.

• Create, develop, and manage customer-facing portals and internal sites utilizing Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud.

• Maintain user accounts, produce advanced reports and dashboards, and develop intricate Salesforce Flow automations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Manage projects from their inception through testing and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Proven real-world proficiency across all domains of the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam.

• 4–6 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Extensive knowledge of Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CLI deployments.

• Experience in managing release processes and deployment tools.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud sites.

• Significant experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce security models.

• Background in advising on data architecture and data modeling.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flow for intricate process automation.

• Experience working in small, agile companies with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Additional certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder, are an advantage.

• Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is highly preferred.
