This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, configuration, and ensuring data integrity.
• Design, implement, and resolve issues related to automations utilizing Salesforce Flow.
• Configure and provide support for DealHub CPQ, including pricing rules, quote templates, and associated requests.
• Create and sustain reports and dashboards, emphasizing visibility into pipeline and revenue for the Finance team.
• Collaborate across functions on projects, sandbox management, and incoming support tasks.
• Assist with Apex AI-assisted development assignments as required.
• Support data quality initiatives, including deduplication and cleanup efforts as necessary.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Salesforce, encompassing Okta provisioning, sales tools, and CPQ.
• Ensure data governance within Salesforce by enforcing data quality standards, managing field-level security and access, and developing validation rules to prevent erroneous data entry. Regular audits of data integrity will be conducted, partnering with RevOps and Engineering to maintain trustworthy CRM data.
• Lead the technical execution of system enhancements: scoping, building, testing, and deploying changes from start to finish.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox environments, and the deployment processes.
• Develop and uphold Salesforce customizations utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and connected systems, including architecture, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and documentation of code.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for Apex and other technical tasks as needed.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• 2-5 years of Salesforce experience is required, including proficiency with Apex classes and triggers, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience with Okta provisioning in Salesforce.
• Direct experience with DealHub CPQ.
• Capability to enter an established environment, quickly comprehend it, and operate with minimal supervision.
