Sales/Designer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in an in-person meeting with a Sales Manager

• Engage in a week-long compensated sales training program

• Initiate sales routes utilizing provided appointments, leads, and marketing resources

• Establish rapport with clients to understand their organizational requirements

• Conduct home walkthroughs to identify potential opportunities

• Inform customers about products and services

• Adhere to sales training to assist residential clients with their home organization needs

• Finalize sales and deliver products requested by clients

• Offer closet design suggestions

• Complete sales transactions in residential properties

• No formal degree, certification, or prior sales experience is necessary

• Candidates should be open to coaching

• A growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to undergo a 1-week paid sales training

• Dependable access to a motor vehicle

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Auto insurance required

• Capability to enter residential properties

• Skill to provide closet design recommendations and finalize sales

• Willingness to accept a commission-only compensation structure after 8 weeks
