Sales/Designer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate the sales journey using provided appointments, leads, and marketing resources.

• Establish a connection with customers to identify their organizational needs.

• Conduct home visits to evaluate potential opportunities.

• Inform customers about the various products and services available.

• Adhere to sales training and utilize communication skills to assist residential clients with their home organization requirements.

• Finalize transactions and sell products requested by customers.

• Offer closet design suggestions and complete sales processes.

• Participate in a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager.

• Undergo one week of paid sales training.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree, certification, or prior sales experience is necessary.

• Must be a coachable individual.

• Possess a growth mindset.

• Willing to complete a 1-week paid sales training program.

• Must have reliable access to a motor vehicle, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

• Capable of entering residential properties, providing closet design recommendations, and finalizing sales.
