This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify valuable eCommerce leads on LinkedIn Sales Navigator following specific criteria.
• Utilize Apollo and other resources to gather verified contact information, ensuring complete accuracy before importing data into the CRM.
• Oversee the CRM backend entirely, creating lists, generating SQL reports, and maintaining current lead statuses.
• Manage the setup of Instantly.ai, which includes creating campaigns, warming leads, and monitoring email deliverability.
• Provide assistance with occasional technical projects, such as assessing new sales software or leveraging AI tools to summarize sales calls and prepare follow-up materials.
• Serve as general support for the sales team, handling any administrative or technical tasks necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
• Familiarity with Instantly.ai or comparable cold email platforms is a significant advantage.
• A passion for backend sales work, including data organization, report generation, and workflow optimization.
• A quick learner who keeps abreast of new tools and advancements in AI technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
