This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage with both inbound and outbound leads;
• Perform discovery calls to assess and qualify potential clients;
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text messaging;
• Arrange appointments and sales meetings;
• Ensure precise records are maintained in the CRM;
• Oversee sales pipelines and follow-up tasks;
• Assist in closing deals and reaching sales targets;
• Cultivate relationships with prospects and customers;
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Prior experience in sales
• Experience in setting appointments
• Background in high-ticket sales
• Familiarity with lead generation
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable with making and receiving phone calls
• Experience using CRM systems
• Goal-driven attitude
