This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary representative of Global Atlantic to IMO partners and their sales teams, delivering strategies and solutions that foster business growth.
• Build and sustain strong, effective, and profitable relationships with assigned IMO distribution partners to enhance market share and surpass sales objectives in the annuity sector.
• Oversee client relationships mainly through face-to-face interactions, complemented by phone and email communications.
• Present Global Atlantic's strategies, products, and solutions to IMO leadership and their marketing teams.
• Convey the Global Atlantic narrative with clarity to varied audiences, including IMO executives and field marketers.
• Implement account-based business strategies in collaboration with National Accounts leadership, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and field execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape within the insurance sector.
• Over 7 years of sales experience in the annuity and life insurance sector, ideally within the IMO annuity channel.
• Proven track record in wholesaling and relationship management, demonstrating the ability to drive and boost sales.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Holds Series 7, 63, and Life & Health licenses (or possesses the ability to acquire them promptly).
• Significant travel is necessary – successful applicants may work remotely but must be prepared to travel extensively to meet client needs and territory requirements.
