This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Enhance the productivity of our sales team by creating and implementing innovative training programs.

• Spearhead initiatives that improve the onboarding experience for new hires.

• Ongoing development and empowerment of sales and sales support teams.

• Conduct New Hire Sales Training Programs.

• Design and execute sales training programs and initiatives.

• Evaluate participant skill and knowledge levels, providing feedback to leadership.

• Offer guidance on coaching and performance management opportunities.

• Engage in training activities, special events, and corporate conferences.

• Mentor and train sales representatives and sales leaders.

• Collaborate with the content development and design team to ensure training programs are aligned with current best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree or a certificate in adult learning or related accreditation is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, with a proven understanding of sales processes and techniques preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in professional facilitation.

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role or organization within a professional office environment.

• Ability to assess learning participants and adapt to their needs.

• Capacity to collaborate with field leadership when identifying potential performance gaps within programs.

• Ability to suggest development and coaching strategies.

• Familiarity with learning-related software (such as screen capture, recording, eLearning authoring tools, etc.) is an asset.

• A strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

• Experience in a professional office work environment.
