This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive the success of new markets by ensuring attorneys, LLPs, and clerks are fully prepared for sales from the outset.
• Offer continuous coaching to enhance and sustain hiring rates in both new and established locations.
• Work towards centralizing sales training and onboarding processes.
• Enhance client conversion rates through well-structured, high-quality sales training specifically designed for the legal sector.
• Create organized training materials that emphasize client conversion and consultative sales strategies.
• Standardize coaching techniques to guarantee consistent training across all sites.
• Oversee the sales training process for new office openings, ensuring attorneys and staff quickly acclimate.
• Provide targeted, hands-on coaching to boost early hiring success rates.
• Conduct role-playing sessions and real-time coaching to foster confidence in client engagements.
• Deliver individualized coaching based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align training initiatives with revenue objectives.
• Analyze Salesforce data to pinpoint training requirements and promote measurable enhancements.
• 3–5 years of pertinent training experience in supporting sales or client-facing teams, along with 3–5 years of direct sales experience (ideally in professional services or the legal field).
• Strong background in consultative sales, active listening, needs assessment, and closing techniques.
• Proven capability to design and conduct engaging, results-oriented training sessions—both virtually and in person.
• Demonstrated success in developing scalable learning programs tailored to diverse experience levels.
• Expertise in coaching professionals to improve client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce for monitoring performance and reporting on essential metrics.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage a variety of audiences.
• High level of proficiency and experience with the Microsoft Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
