Sales Training Operations, Working Student – German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will serve as the human element in an automated operation: we utilize Claude, Airtable, Demodesk, and Notion to manage the majority of our data and reporting, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters — providing support to trainers, keeping learners on track, and ensuring high-quality standards.

• Trainer relationships: acting as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Learner experience: managing inquiries, monitoring progress, and highlighting any areas needing attention.

• Quality assurance: reviewing setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports prior to distribution.

• New Trainer onboarding process.

• Co-delivering selected training sessions after completing your ramp-up period.

• Currently enrolled as a student. While degrees in Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, and Education align well, we value your interest in learning over your specific field of study.

• Available for a minimum of 12 months, with a preference for a longer commitment.

• Proficient with AI tools. You regularly use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms and have a clear understanding of what constitutes an effective workflow.

• Comfortable navigating tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about the impact of AI in transforming operations.

• Maintain a calm and constructive demeanor in challenging situations.

• View operations as a craft to be honed, rather than as a temporary position.
