This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops, models, and coaches top-tier transfusion medicine sales skills and practices to enhance sales performance and assist the field sales organization in achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes field and transfusion medicine product training sessions by collaborating with North American and Global training and field sales teams.
• Advocates for the training philosophy and ensures that all company initiatives are developed and designed with operational considerations in mind.
• Designs, facilitates, and implements effective in-role training strategies and programs aimed at enabling the commercial organization to surpass product-specific targets for revenue, profitability, instrument placements, menu expansion, and win & retention rates.
• Proactively communicates timely updates to the supervisor and others regarding the field team’s ability to listen, resolve issues, provide solutions, and utilize resources to maximize sales, revenue, and marketing opportunities.
• Aids in the creation of “Best in Class” sales performance tools, materials, and systems to support the sales team in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with established business policies.
• Executes additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or 10+ years of pertinent work experience) in Sales, Marketing, Business, Biological Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in transfusion medicine sales or customer-facing roles.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare diagnostic industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of diagnostic sales and marketing, along with strong strategic market and technical application skills.
• Solid understanding of the QO sales process, TM competitive market, and proven success in managing the transfusion medicine sales process.
• Exhibits a positive demeanor during company functions and public events, fostering team spirit and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to travel: up to 50%.
