Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead monthly virtual training sessions for sales teams at our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations nationwide.

• Take charge of teaching the complete sales process, which includes soft skills, in-home demonstrations, product knowledge, and 'one-call-close' techniques.

• Facilitate role-playing exercises to enhance sales capabilities, focusing on negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing techniques.

• Leverage technology to improve and maximize the learning experience.

• Continuously refine and update training materials.

• This position is remote, but candidates located in or near the following areas are preferred: Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Atlanta, GA, St. Louis, MO, Detroit, MI, Miami, FL, Houston, TX, or Chino, CA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Sales Training (experience in one-call-close environments is highly desirable).

• Proven sales achievements in the home improvement sector, particularly in bathroom remodeling.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient presentation skills when addressing large audiences.
