This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement onboarding programs for new Sales Account Executives, regional managers, and other commercial hires.

• Create training content that encompasses ArteraAI products, clinical value propositions, disease-state knowledge, customer workflows, reimbursement essentials, sales processes, territory planning, and objection handling.

• Facilitate live, virtual, and in-field training sessions aimed at enhancing sales readiness and reducing ramp-up time.

• Establish certification programs to ensure uniform product knowledge, messaging, and sales skills among the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field.

• Perform ride-alongs, call coaching, and skills assessments to enhance execution and overall performance.

• Create and sustain sales playbooks, call guides, competitive messaging, talk tracks, and learning materials.

• Assist in product launches, messaging updates, and process modifications with clear training strategies and adoption plans.

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Compliance to guarantee the accuracy and alignment of training content.

• Evaluate training effectiveness by utilizing KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion rates, productivity, adoption metrics, and manager feedback.

• Aid in the planning and facilitation of national sales meetings, regional meetings, and quarterly business reviews.

• Ensure that all training is conducted in a compliant manner consistent with company policies and relevant healthcare industry standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, or commercial excellence, or an equivalent combination of field sales and training experience.

• Experience in supporting a field-based sales organization within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, digital health, or a similar industry.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and presenting.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to transform complex information into clear, actionable content.

• Experience in collaborating with commercial leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, presentation tools, and learning platforms to manage training programs and reporting.

• Willingness to travel frequently for field coaching and in-person meetings.
