This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• This 18-month trainee program is designed to comprehensively prepare you for a permanent position as an Account Manager in Health Systems.
• You will gain experience in selling intricate medical technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned sales professionals to develop a robust understanding of customers, products, and sales processes within the healthcare sector.
• Assist in operational sales efforts and work in tandem with experienced Account Managers.
• Assume responsibility early on and manage customer and sales tasks independently.
• Play a key role in formulating and executing sales and account strategies.
• Engage with internal departments such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists, and Finance.
• Attend training sessions, coaching, and hands-on learning opportunities to specifically enhance your sales and communication capabilities.
• A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by at least one year of relevant professional experience (technical or business-related).
• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to draw insightful conclusions.
• A collaborative team player who is resilient and capable of managing both successes and setbacks in a professional manner.
• An analytical and methodical approach to work.
• A proactive mindset, showing initiative and a readiness to take on responsibility.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel as part of sales activities.
• Preferred: Knowledge of French and/or Italian; initial experience in a clinical setting and/or in sales.
