This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop project plans, coordinate team efforts, delegate tasks, and drive projects towards successful completion.
• Convert business needs and organizational goals into practical delivery strategies.
• Track progress, recognize potential risks early, and implement solutions before issues escalate.
• Keep stakeholders, clients, and vendors updated; address challenges and facilitate resolutions.
• Manage changes in scope and schedule through a structured change management process.
• Monitor project health and delivery metrics within Smartsheet and provide regular reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project records, plans, and status documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to team project standards.
• Create and manage Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, intake workflows, Gantt charts, and Kanban boards.
• Foster collaboration between the Sales and Operations Technology teams on sales enablement, operational efficiency, and platform initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or the insurance sector.
• Substantial hands-on expertise with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Office 365).
• Proficiency in creating Smartsheet trackers, dashboards, Gantt charts, and Kanban boards.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial development to implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple projects.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt when project requirements change.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• Background in contact center, sales technology, or operations within regulated industries/insurance is ideal.
• Familiarity with ticketing, CRM, and telephony systems is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to understand the tasks before planning them.
