This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Provide operational sales assistance throughout Italy
β’ Oversee and manage the processes of order handling and delivery
β’ Aid in invoicing procedures and follow up on outstanding payments
β’ Prepare for and assist with public tender procurement and related processes, including necessary documentation and internal coordination
β’ Engage directly with customers concerning their orders and inquiries
β’ Assist Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-up activities
β’ Ensure the availability and consistency of sales and marketing materials
β’ Proficient in both English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
β’ Reside in Italy
β’ Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a related field
β’ Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks across different markets
β’ Keen attention to detail, particularly in documentation, orders, and invoicing
β’ Exceptional communication skills, including interaction with customers and stakeholders
β’ Familiarity with public procurement processes is beneficial but not essential
β’ Experience in the medical sector and knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are advantageous
β’ A collaborative and proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset
β’ Full-time role based in Italy
