Sales Support, Tender Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide operational sales assistance throughout Italy

• Oversee and manage the processes of order handling and delivery

• Aid in invoicing procedures and follow up on outstanding payments

• Prepare for and assist with public tender procurement and related processes, including necessary documentation and internal coordination

• Engage directly with customers concerning their orders and inquiries

• Assist Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-up activities

• Ensure the availability and consistency of sales and marketing materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.

• Reside in Italy

• Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a related field

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks across different markets

• Keen attention to detail, particularly in documentation, orders, and invoicing

• Exceptional communication skills, including interaction with customers and stakeholders

• Familiarity with public procurement processes is beneficial but not essential

• Experience in the medical sector and knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are advantageous

• A collaborative and proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset
