Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively assist in servicing and managing accounts for clients, partners, brokers, and consultants.

• Aid in creating and managing administrative sales tasks related to qualifying and quoting for potential clients.

• Provide administrative assistance for client development strategies and designated projects.

• Communicate and coordinate client needs and requirements with business associates.

• Facilitate the onboarding process and intake requests for new clients.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both existing and new products/services.

• Efficiently use the sales automation system to keep client and prospect records up to date.

• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or client service.

• Ability to swiftly learn the company's products and service offerings.

• Knowledge of business objectives and the overall business landscape.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
