• Oversee the relationship between Brokers, Sales Field, and Homeowners regarding claim activities.
• Make decisions representing the Sales Field, balancing the Broker/Sales Field relationship with the requirements of the company and the homeowner related to claims.
• Triage and resolve all support requests from the assigned territory in line with company and departmental protocols.
• Assist sales representatives in decision-making processes (discretionary, seeking guidance).
• Dispatch and monitor 'Check and Advise' for Sales Managers and Divisional Sales Managers.
• Acquire cost estimates for work conducted outside of First American for sales representatives, sales managers, and divisional managers.
• Participate in departmental enhancement initiatives, including brainstorming sessions for Falcon improvements.
• Supply broker/agent information to sales representatives, Sales Managers, Divisional Managers, and the VP of Sales.
• Manage various dispatch tasks as requested by sales managers and at the discretion of representatives.
• Communicate with different departments to facilitate completion efforts.
• Gather reports from contractors and make decisions within a predetermined authorization limit.
• Process reimbursement requests and cash-out transactions.
• Provide cost estimates for covered and non-covered items.
• Purchase equipment on behalf of sales representatives, sales managers, divisional managers, and customers to expedite job completion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as an internal Claims Resolution Level II representative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Home Warranty policies, systems, and appliances.
• Familiarity with sales and real estate transactions.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of procedures and processes.
