Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee customer quotes from initiation to completion.

• Follow up on pending quotes and customer inquiries through phone and email communication.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts throughout the sales process.

• Assist customers in selecting products and developing pricing strategies.

• Support the Regional Sales Representative in managing and expanding key accounts.

• Maintain consistent and high-quality communication with customers to ensure prompt responses.

• Coordinate internally across departments as needed to facilitate the sales process.

• Ensure accuracy of all transaction details, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines.

• Manage incoming leads and direct them appropriately within the team.

• Keep detailed CRM records and account notes.

• Aid in the development of proposals and sales materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a sales or sales support capacity.

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; full proficiency in the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites is required.

• A proactive, driven self-starter with a natural knack for problem-solving.

• A genuine enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing revenue team.
