• Plan and manage enterprise-level support and service initiatives for company products and services for specific clients or client groups.
• Record activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to assess business conditions and sales trends.
• Create and execute a proactive strategy in conjunction with Sales Management.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales support; experience and knowledge of the medical device industry is preferred.
• A BA/BS in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong grasp of product and media presentations.
• Driven, with a focus on execution and results, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A self-starter with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Capability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
