Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Baxter and its Infusion Therapy products and services.

• Provide virtual support to accounts located in Florida, Georgia, and the southern part of North Carolina.

• Cultivate relationships and build trust with clinicians and customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate connections among Baxter teams to enhance business outcomes.

• Convey customer insights and feedback to teams and cross-functional partners.

• Offer sales support, which includes training, on-site customer assistance, order and supply help, coordination with Baxter teams, as well as support for customer tradeshows and Pump Fair events.

• Assist with customer training requirements and inquiries.

• Aid in the preparation of business presentations, QBRs, and updates for customers and Baxter.

• Contribute to marketing initiatives.

• Support cross-functional field sales activities for Infusion Therapies and Platforms.

• Report directly to the Regional Manager within the Infusion Therapies and Platforms division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a field sales or field sales support role within the medical device industry can substitute for the preferred degree.

• A strong familiarity with common computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Excellent presentation skills are essential.

• A capacity for learning and a strong desire to achieve success.

• Demonstrated success in working within large, multifaceted teams.

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
