Sales Support Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete order collection process and ensure verification of both DT and store channels.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly statistical analyses, verification, and detailed examination of regional sales data.

• Offer daily operational assistance for regional owned stores and the DT channel.

• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, VM, and other internal departments.

• Assist the DSM in breaking down regional targets, maintaining performance data, and organizing regular meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree.

• Possess a strategic mindset with a robust sense of ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Have 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or business roles within the retail, FMCG, fashion, or cosmetics sectors.

• Exhibit strong Excel proficiency (including VLOOKUP, PivotTable, and functions).

• Demonstrate good written and spoken English for daily tasks and report generation.

• Be proactive with effective communication and cross-team coordination abilities.
