This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Deliver prompt and precise responses to external customers.
• Address general account-related issues.
• Enter data into processing systems to ensure that work deliverables are accurate and that all necessary information is included in the final output.
• Carry out sales support tasks, which include but are not limited to: directing inquiries to the appropriate Sales personnel, analyzing new and/or renewal submission requests for completeness, entering data into the sales system from source documents, and following up with Brokers/Producers/TPAs for any missing information.
• Collaborate and engage with various departments to ensure proper distribution and execution of paperwork, binder checks, and to maintain daily activities/updates in the relevant system.
• Obtain and process paperwork by thoroughly verifying that all necessary information is present on the group application, enrollment applications, and any other documents required before the account can be established or paperwork can be sent to underwriting.
• Perform general office responsibilities which may include: document management, supply ordering, invoice processing, mail distribution, travel arrangements, and assisting with facilities management.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
• Minimum H.S. Diploma.
• 3-5 years of relevant, progressive experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
