Sales Supervisor – Business Insurance Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a multi-channel sales team specializing in Property and Casualty insurance

• Educating and enhancing the skills of the sales personnel

• Tracking and reporting on performance metrics and production results

• Working in partnership with IT and other department leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in professional liability and/or life and health insurance

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
