Sales Strategy & Operations Manager – US, East Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Your primary objective will be to facilitate scalable, data-driven GTM growth in the AMER region by leading strategic planning, sales segmentation, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Collaborate with the VP of US Sales to formulate regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.

• Examine sales data to derive actionable insights and enhance performance.

• Convert data into strategic recommendations that guide revenue targets and growth initiatives.

• Assist in precise forecasting, pipeline management, and performance evaluations across the AMER region.

• Engage in the regional operating rhythm and ensure alignment with global RevOps processes.

• Create and implement scalable reporting frameworks to monitor regional sales performance.

• Continuously refine sales and RevOps processes for greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Work with the GTM Systems & Automation team to pinpoint automation opportunities and apply best practices.

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance tools, workflows, and enablement processes for regional teams.

• Direct and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.

• Ensure alignment among Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Systems teams on key projects.

• Oversee programs from inception to execution, guaranteeing timely and measurable deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• 📈 Revenue Operations experience: You possess over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• 🌍 US/AMER expertise: You have supported AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations, with a keen understanding of regional nuances.

• 🧠 Analytical mindset: You make decisions based on data, utilizing analytics and forecasting to shape strategy.

• 🤝 Stakeholder collaboration: You cultivate trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

• ⚙️ Systems proficiency: You are adept with Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools such as n8n.

• 📊 Data visualization skills: You can create dashboards or reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• 💡 Automation mindset: You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation to enhance RevOps workflows.

• 📚 Technical depth: You have a working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools.

• 🚀 Scale-up experience: You have experience working in high-growth, rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environments.
