This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the sales operational rhythm: handling commissions (SDR monthly, AE quarterly), tracking quotas and achievements, providing deal desk assistance, and overseeing the weekly sales manager meeting process.
• Conduct analyses that culminate in actionable recommendations: assessing pipeline health, identifying conversion trends, planning capacity, and evaluating segment performance—then collaborate with sales leadership to execute these strategies.
• Progress towards owning the target account strategy and planning for the AE book-of-business.
• Streamline your role through automation: we utilize an AI-driven stack (Cursor and Claude integrated with Snowflake, HubSpot, and our BI tools), with an expectation that repetitive tasks will diminish over time.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success, including providing support for sales enablement and onboarding initiatives.
• Constructively challenge sales leadership when data insights do not align with their perspectives.
• 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, strategy, or business operations within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven history of transforming data into recommendations that have been acted upon by leadership.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and BI tools, along with a solid understanding of AI tools integrated into daily operations.
• Proven experience managing an operational process that others rely on (such as commissions, forecasting, deal desk, or similar functions).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multiple departments simultaneously.
