This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the annual AMS GTM planning process, which includes fiscal year and long-range modeling, analysis of investment ROI, headcount planning, setting quotas and capacities, and territory planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute the AMS GTM structure, segmentation, and coverage model across various roles.
• Deliver insights and performance tracking regarding the health of the business through business intelligence applications.
• Lead the implementation of the operating cadence within the theater, facilitating management inspections throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Assist sales leadership by preparing content for essential management reporting requirements.
• Enhance CRM accuracy, conduct pipeline analytics, forecasting, and develop ad hoc regional reporting as needed.
• Ensure swift deal velocity and oversee deal management processes while recommending process improvement initiatives.
• Engage in regular meetings with diverse teams to tackle issues, formulate plans, and spearhead change management.
• Make sure all concerns raised by the Sales Leadership team are addressed appropriately and monitor progress until resolution.
• 5-8 years of pertinent business experience.
• Familiarity with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo, and similar platforms.
• Proven proficiency with Google G-Suite tools.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline, MBA, or a related advanced degree is a plus.
