
Sales Specialist – Proteomics Workflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Enhance revenue and foster enduring relationships with clients while showcasing our extensive range of scientific products and services.
• Design and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage key account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative selling approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that fulfill customer requirements while meeting sales objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assist customers in advancing their scientific aspirations through a mix of in-person visits and virtual interactions.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Preferred areas of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally a combination of lab sales and hands-on experience.
• Experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors, with a focus on large equipment sales is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the greater Denver area.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend customer applications and workflows are essential.
• A solid understanding of Next Gen Sequencing and qPCR applications is required.
• Preference for candidates with a good grasp of Proteomics and Multiomics integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
• Proven track record in building and sustaining customer relationships at all organizational levels.
• A relevant network of contacts within the defined San Diego territory is advantageous.
• Technical experience with proteomics or discovery biomarkers is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite is required.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Results-oriented with a history of success in reaching sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory is required.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a benefit.
