This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies through key retailers and outdoor partners to enhance market share and establish brand leadership.
• Provide support to retail partners via visits, demonstrations, sales-floor engagement, and local events.
• Train retail associates and affiliates on adidas Terrex/Five Ten technology and products through clinics, visits, and events.
• Conduct product presentations for retail staff and customers.
• Engage with communities and retail partners to boost brand awareness.
• Represent adidas Terrex/Five Ten at local and selected national events, races, and expos.
• Oversee and manage field support for Specialty and Outdoor Big Box accounts within the territory.
• Manage partner inventory and coordinate with the Sales Representative to secure immediate orders.
• Organize retail partners’ back rooms and ensure premium product placement.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing on National Account sell-through programs and in-store promotions.
• Maintain weekly field notes and submit reports on visits, clinics, and events, including product and competitor feedback.
• Participate in product videos for educational platforms and social media as needed.
• Manage the annual product seeding budget.
• Monitor travel expenses and submit timely expense reports.
• Carry out additional department-related duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education/Training, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant project/event management experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of the local outdoor competitive landscape and structure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
• A passion for outdoor sports and gear.
• Remote work with regular travel to retail locations, events, and team meetings.
• Availability for frequent evening and weekend work.
• English is the primary working language.
