This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducts outbound calls and sends emails to prospective clients.
• Addresses incoming inquiries and follows up on potential leads.
• Learns to assess customer needs and recommends suitable products or services.
• Assists the sales team with scheduling, data entry, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Aids in the creation of proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Keeps accurate records of all interactions in the system.
• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve both group and individual performance objectives.
• Relevant experience or knowledge in the field.
• Team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to deliver results.
• Holds oneself accountable for meeting goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
