This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting research on potential client companies across various sectors
• Identifying key decision-makers within client organizations
• Engaging in cold calling and utilizing social selling through platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for client acquisition strategies
• Establishing phone contact with relevant stakeholders
• Qualifying potential leads
• Professionally organizing and preparing for client meetings
• Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Proven experience in a B2B sales environment
• Proficient use of sales techniques and telephone prospecting
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in verbal communication
• A robust sales mentality and confidence in negotiation scenarios
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor
• Efficient and responsible work ethic
• Proactive approach and comfort in engaging with new contacts
• Proficient use of sales techniques; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
