📋 Description

• Finalize agreements, promote additional solutions, and secure new contracts with potential clients.

• Support customers throughout the digital onboarding journey.

• Handle calls and chats, delivering tailored assistance to prospects and clients in the financial industry.

• Embody the brand by presenting a positive and professional image to customers.

• Manage the administrative elements of client relationships.

• Ensure timely and precise maintenance of client records.

• Interact with customers while representing a renowned international payments and trusted transactions brand.

• Proficiency in French, German, and English, both written and spoken.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred, although training may be available.

• Capability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.

• Quick-thinking ability to devise innovative solutions.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist.

• Availability to work set regular shifts.

• Residing within the EEA due to security protocols.
