Sales Specialist, Bilingual Cantonese

📋 Description

• Demonstrated ability to independently drive sales growth and achieve targets for the healthcare product line within your designated sales region.

• Strong capability to engage effectively with customers, fostering positive relationships through regular visits, and developing new clientele while exhibiting professionalism and courtesy.

• Proficient in handling customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions; responsible for building customer files, following up on order processing and deliveries, and providing after-sales support.

• Skilled in conveying precise information about products, pricing, availability, and ongoing promotions to clients.

• Collaborative team player committed to ensuring peak efficiency and success for the team.

• Work in conjunction with the Business Development and Marketing Managers to engage in product branding and marketing initiatives, which include exhibitions, scientific conferences, and trade shows.

• Capable of gathering local market and industry insights, conducting market research, and sharing findings with the team to inform marketing strategies and plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, bioscience, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.

• Familiarity with the biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical sectors, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to pursue a sales career and ability to manage a certain level of work pressure.

• Personable and communicative, with an open-minded approach and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills, ambition, and a strong customer service orientation.

• High degree of self-motivation and tenacity.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
