Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Actively generate leads, perform cold calling, and follow up on incoming inquiries to uncover sales opportunities.

• Travel to and participate in trade shows and various industry events pertaining to the Utility Scale Energy sector.

• Organize and engage in regular sales meetings with potential clients at their locations.

• Showcase and demonstrate Trimark’s Utility-Scale SCADA solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing their advantages and alignment with clients' operational requirements.

• Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring that Trimark’s value proposition is communicated clearly and effectively.

• Establish, cultivate, and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

• Develop proposals utilizing system block diagrams (SBDs), written descriptions, specifications, and all other project-specific details provided by the Business Development team, while adhering to Trimark standards and maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Regularly update and monitor the status of assigned proposals in NetSuite to ensure compliance with deadlines.

• Draft proposals based on pricing information and scope of work.

• Review proposals and pricing for accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent skills and expertise relevant to this position is required.

• Exceptional written communication skills are essential, ideally with a background in engineering, technology, or similar industries.

• Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, tangible benefits is necessary.

• Must be able to work under tight and shifting deadlines.
