This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting strategic outbound campaigns, managing sales engagement within a team/specialist framework, justifying value, enhancing sales process efficiency, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and monitoring pipeline progression.

• Take ownership of a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring regular activity and precise forecasting to meet or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies, mobilizing internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives) to convey the total value proposition of Everpure Resilience services to key IT and business leaders within your customer base.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships. You will interact with customers to comprehend their distinct business needs and challenges, offer consultative guidance, and position Everpure Resilience services as the optimal solution to meet their requirements.

• Lead sales cycles from initial engagement to final contract, successfully coordinating team-selling efforts with both internal colleagues and external strategic channel partners.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pure Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and channel partner representatives to ensure effective solution positioning and seamless customer engagement.

• Establish a strong feedback loop into Product Management, Sales Executions, Product Engineering, and Pre-Sales Leadership.

• Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create content rather than just consume it, refine sales arguments and positioning of solutions, innovate, and adapt to change to achieve exceptional outcomes.

• Performance across all roles: Proven experience in exceeding targets as an SDR, Inside Sales Rep, and Enterprise Account Manager in complex software solution sales.

• Planning & Execution: A track record of building plans, setting clear goals, and defining success criteria.

• Domain Expertise: Experience in complex infrastructure software/SaaS sales where managing a sales process through Proof of Concept is crucial for success. Familiarity with Cyber Resilience, VMware DR, and/or solutions like Zerto is advantageous.

• Business Acumen: Experience in formulating financial arguments and strong proposals that emphasize strategic value, operational benefits, and tangible cost savings.
