• Initial 30 Days: Engage in our comprehensive sales training, master product scripts, and start achieving your daily call volume goals.
• Beyond Day 90: Regularly reach or surpass monthly conversion objectives.
• Established Sales Background: Experience in BPO/Call Center settings, ideally supporting U.S. campaigns in sectors such as Telecom, SaaS, Insurance, or comparable high-volume sales fields.
• Objection Handling Skills: You view a "no" not as a final answer, but as an opportunity to discover a better solution.
• Technologically Proficient: Able to navigate CRMs and various tools while sustaining an energetic conversation.
