This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Exhibit and maintain IMS Core Values: Ownership Thinking, Humble Confidence, Quality & Excellence, Honor the Relationship, and Operate as One.
• Formulate strategies for territory and accounts aimed at enhancing connections with targeted law firms and attorneys across various sizes and practice areas.
• Confidently and clearly promote and sell all IMS service lines.
• Conduct daily field visits to engage face-to-face with current and prospective law firm clients.
• Establish strong, enduring relationships through relationship-based sales, including scheduled in-services, lunch-and-learns, and IMS-initiated or sponsored events.
• Customize presentations and discussions to address the specific needs of large law firms, regional firms, and boutique litigation firms that can benefit from IMS services.
• Boost awareness and preference for IMS through regular outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters while ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Represent IMS at industry conferences, bar association events, and firm programs to improve brand visibility and create new opportunities.
• Complete thorough training across all IMS departments and service offerings to effectively cross-sell and present the full IMS portfolio.
• Design and implement tactical plans to meet sales quotas and territory objectives.
• Carry out necessary outreach and meeting activities with precision and consistency.
• Conduct extensive research on firms and litigators to identify opportunities and customize outreach.
• Achieve productivity expectations and case initiation targets.
• Act as the client’s advocate while working with internal teams to fulfill case and project requirements.
• Preferred undergraduate degree.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in selling litigation services, such as court reporting, trial support, or expert services, is advantageous.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and managing accounts successfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
